Citizen Zero

Citizen Zero lives on the street and is defiant against the police, the government, and the worthless traditions society. She has been in and out of the juvenile criminal system her whole life. No amount of counseling, drugs, or neural therapy seem to work.

She lost her arm in an accident when she stole a police hover bike. The usual treatment is to clone a new arm but local authorities deemed her very genes to defiant for the process.

She’s a punk.
Don’t fall in love with her.
