Aww thanks. Alway happy to c=get a comment from you! That was just some scribbles. Honestly the toughest part was the shading her clothes. Sad I didn't have a story to go with this one, I'm tapped out.
Hay thanks. I spent so much time on the rocks I think they are a bit distracting in this drawing. They are all I want to look at. Some of my reference is from photographs. Still, I rip most of my rocks off of Frank Frazetta paintings, a few others form Gil Kane comics. He he.
I tried to give her lots of little details while making the overall look feel basic and simple. I'm not sure if I achieved that. In the end I think the hair and scarf worked out the best. Thanks for taking the time to look at my drawing and commenting.
Yeah, I had a story for her but was too lazy to compose an expiation for her stare in the comments. Let's just say she and her mercenary boy-friend decide to help some rebels on a foolish quest to overthrow their evil oppressors, all the wile plotting to rob those idealists and turn them in to the authorities. But her companion actuality starts to believe that what hey are doing is right and and truly decides to help the rebels. She end up betray him, but in the end shows up at the last minute to save him from being hanged. Ah, well.
I used to. I would love to now! Just don't have the time. It would be a dream come true to do a whole series based on one of my ideas. Perhaps when I break my leg and get some time off from my day job.
